BowTie Chicken


1 Lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
3 Green Onions
2 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tb Olive Oil
2 Tb Butter

12 oz. BowTie Pasta

1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
Marinated Artichoke Crowns( 1/3 to 1/2 of 6oz. jar)

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese


Sautee diced chicken, sliced green onions, smashed garlics and lemon juice until chicken is mostly done.

Separately, cook pasta until firm.

When chicken is ready, add artichoke hearts and wine.  Cook for about 10 minutes and then add bow-tie pasta and cheese.  Heat for a couple of more minutes.
